What is provided as part of the Lash Pilot franchise program?

The Lash Pilot franchise team will welcome you to their flagship corporate location for a duration of up to four days for initial franchise training. Our team will then join you at your facility for two more days at the launch of your business. Early adopter franchise owners will be mentored by our founder, Quynh-Tram Vu, a pioneer in the lash industry.  Plus, you will have access to our exclusive confidential operations manual to help operate your salon properly on a day-to-day basis. Your technicians, or Pilots, will receive a 70% discount from their (optional) training at the Lash Pilot Academy.

How much will the Lash Pilot franchise program cost me?

The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $225,900 to $459,900 per location. This includes a $40,000 initial franchise fee for a single unit agreement. Please ask about our discount for qualified veterans. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund your initial business growth stages.

    Is financing available?

We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.

Are there ongoing fees to pay?

We charge a royalty rate equal to 8% of gross revenues. Royalties allow us to fund our ongoing support services, training, and the continued development of programs and systems upgrades to guide you as you own a lash franchise with Lash Pilot. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

    Are there any advertising fees?

Lash Pilot franchise owners are required to spend at least $5,000 per month on local marketing in their first year, and $3,000 per month each year thereafter. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies and materials designed to help promote the Lash Pilot brand.
